Conrad Cruz Property Management, LLC (CCPM) is a Utah-licensed property management brokerage owned by Matt Strong. CCPM manages multifamily and rental properties owned by Matt and a small group of partner-investors in Utah.

Yes. CCPM operates as a Utah property management brokerage under a license issued by the Utah Division of Real Estate. Principal broker is Matt Strong, also principal broker of Conrad Cruz Real Estate Services.

All rent payments, lease documents, and maintenance requests are handled through our Buildium tenant portal. Tenants receive portal access at the start of their lease or during transition of management to CCPM.

For after-hours maintenance emergencies, tenants should call the dedicated maintenance line provided in their lease documents. For non-emergencies, submit a request through the tenant portal or email maintenance@conradcruzpm.com.

CCPM currently manages properties only for Matt Strong and a small group of named partner-investors. We are not accepting new third-party management clients at this time. Property owners interested in CCPM's approach who already have a working relationship with Conrad Cruz Real Estate Services or Sierra West Funding may contact Matt directly.

CCPM and CCRES are sister companies, both owned by Matt Strong. CCRES is the brokerage handling buying, selling, and investment property representation. CCPM is the property management affiliate. The two firms share branding and infrastructure but operate under separate Utah brokerage licenses.
